The Queen was born on 21 April 1926.

Queen Elizabeth is the 40th British monarch since William the Conqueror.

The Queen married The Duke of Edinburgh at Westminster Abbey in 1947, and invited over 2000 guests.

The Queen is the only person in Britain who can drive without a licence or a registration number on her car. She doesn't even have a passport!

To greet the Queen men should do a neck bow whilst women do a small curtsey and address her as ‘Your Majesty’.

Queen Elizabeth II was the first British monarch to visit China.

The Queen has launched 23 ships and met five astronauts at Buckingham Palace.

There have been 12 UK prime ministers, 12 US presidents and 6 Archbishops of Canterbury while Elizabeth has been Queen.

Queens Victoria and Elizabeth are the the only British monarchs who have celebrated a Diamond Jubilee (this means they have ruled for 60 years!)

The Queen has her very own cash machine in Buckingham Palace.

She is the only British monarch in history properly trained to change a spark plug.

The Queen is 5ft 4 inches or 160cm tall.

The Queen currently has a very big family! She has 4 children, 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren (to date).

The Queen has four dogs called Holly, Willow, Vulcan and Candy.

Queen Elizabeth also owns a Jaguar that was given to her but it lives in the Zoo. She also own all of the Whales and Dolphins within 3 miles of Uk's shore.
