Move It Points Wheel Game

Getting up and being active is the best way to stay healthy and happy.  Are you ready to see what you can do with the Move It Challenge?  Why not get your friends and family to join in and Move It with you?

The Points Wheel is your vital tool in the Move It Challenge: it helps you keep track of your activity daily and weekly and tells you what level you're at.  You can also play the Points Wheel Game online*.

You enter your points on the Tracker sheet and keep track of your move-its.

Getting Started

1.  Print out your points wheel and tracker sheet.  Don't forget to ask an adult before you print and cut out.

2.  Each day, keep a note of everything active you do and how long you spend doing it.

3.  Use your Move It Points Wheel to work out how many points each activity gives you, see Tracker Table for more activities.

4.  Record your points on the tracker sheet.

5.  At the end of each week, add up all your points and check out your level on the scoreboard.
