There are three different invertebrate groups:

ARACHNIDS

Examples of invertebrates in the arachnid group are spiders and scorpions.

INSECTS

Examples of invertebrates in the insect group are butterflies, wasps, flies and ants.

MOLLUSCS

Examples of invertebrates in the mollusc group are octopuses, snails and slugs.
