The Big March 2012 is the world's first virtual, *global* march for children's right to be safe.

Because it is online, it means everyone all around the world can take part.

The Big March 2012 is on 1 March.
On 1 March, millions of young people, children and their families will explain to the United Nations how they want the Convention on the Rights of the Child to say: "The right of every child to be safe from bullying, violence and the fear of violence by their peers as well as from abuse by adults."
The United Nations is international. Most nations are part of the United Nations, including the United Kingdom (that’s us). They hold lots of meetings and make tons of decisions because they want to make the world a better place.
It is very important that the United Nations take notice of Beatbullying and the millions of young people, children and families taking part in the Big March, to help take a stand against bullying and violence.
So click on the website, create an avatar, explore the virtual park and join in the Big March 2012!
