Terms and conditions
Competition Eligibility
1. Contestants who are enrolled in schools which have registered for the competition will be displayed on the School Leader Board and the National Leader Board. They are eligible to win school specific and national prizes which they will receive via their school.
2. Contestants who are not in registered schools may also play and their results will be displayed on the National Leader Board. They are eligible for national prizes provided they supply an email address and parent's email address (on request) so that they may be contacted and prizes delivered directly.
3. All other players may play the game but are not eligible to compete for prizes and will not be displayed on Leader Boards.
4. No employees of JazzyMedia Ltd. or the sponsor (or members of their families or households) may enter competition.
5. A contestant may play with the assistance of another person or group provided the contestant controls the computer inputs.
6. JazzyMedia reserves the right to disqualify any contestant if it has reasonable grounds to believe the contestant is ineligible, has provided false information, has gained unfair advantage, or has breached any of these terms and conditions.
Competition Entries
7. Contestants may play the game as many times as they wish, with every completed game creating an additional entry into the Prize Draws.
8. Entry to the competition is free and there is no charge to register.
9. The competition will take place from the specified commencement date to the specified closing date. JazzyMedia reserves the right to amend the competition end date at any time.
Prizes
10. Prize winners will be chosen at random, unless specified otherwise, from all qualifying entries within 28 days of the closing date of the competition. In all matters, the decision of JazzyMedia shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
11. JazzyMedia will announce winners and distribute prizes via schools or parents (as stated above) within 28 days of the closing date of the competition (unless specified otherwise). A list of winners will be available upon written request.
12. Return of any prize notification as undeliverable or failure to reply as specified in the notification within the time stated therein may result in disqualification and selection of an alternative winner.
13. A contestant may only win one 'national' prize.
14. Prizes are non-transferable and there is no cash alternative. JazzyMedia reserves the right to substitute prizes of equal or greater value at any time.
